I've always been a bit of a nerd, studying about other cultures, getting way to into my science fair project, and almost always getting good grades.
Awhile back however I discovered Anime and became obsessed. I loved Anime, it was pretty much all I cared about (other then my dog). So then I started to wonder.. what genius helped make Anime so amazing?
Well being the mini human I was, I had zero clue that anime was linked to Japan (even though I watched it in Japanese with subtitles..).
From there, I was fascinated with Japan's Cultures. Their Education system intrigued me too. Until now I have just been watching YouTubers describe their trips to Japan and wishing that I could also go. One day though, I stumbled upon a YouTuber talking about how they went abroad with AFS and how amazing it was. I already knew I wanted to go so I started researching programs, scholarships, and all that good stuff. That's when I myself looked more into AFS and decided that was definitely the way to go.
In short, I want to go to Japan to One, fulfill my dream. Two, experience the unique cultures it has to offer. Three, to learn from the high schoolers point of view in a fully emersed amazing opportunity. And to just look at all the beautiful sights and the overall gorgeous beauty that IS Japan.
The problem is that the overall cost is a little under $16,000... Haha so I would like to ask you to sponsor an AFSer⤵⤵⤵
